*We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders $100+ (If your order is under $100 we have a flat rate standard shipping rate of $4.99)

*Our shipping department is open M-F 9-4pm (excluding US holidays). 

*Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving. (If you need your order shipped sooner please upgrade your order to Priority Mail is)

*Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS after being processed, depending on how far from us you are located. Orders are shipped out of Fort Myers, Florida. 

*We are unable to cancel orders, or make changes to orders once they are in process. Please refer to our Return Policy to return those items. 

*Once your order is packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. 

*Please double check your shipping address and be sure to ship to a secure location. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.

*If products are marked as delivered and you did not receive it, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. We ship with USPS.

*Once we hand your order over to USPS delivery is beyond our control. We see the same tracking information that you do.

*International Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 7-25 business days after shipment. USPS International Shipping costs is calculated at checkout depending on your location. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties you may owe.
