However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. If you're not satisfied with your Cimi order, send it back within 10 days for a STORE CREDIT.  After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

*If you'd like to exchange your items, send them back with a note stating what size you'd like to exchange for. 

 *Unworn Merchandise may be returned for a STORE CREDIT. Items must have original tags on them, must not have been washed, worn, altered, have any visible signs of deodorant/ makeup. (items that so not match this criteria are subjected to denial or a 20-40% restocking fee.)

*Exchanges are allowed: Send your items back with a note stating what size you'd like to exchange for. (If item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued) 

*Bikini bottoms must be returned with sanitary pad in bottoms

*Items purchased with an 25% or higher discount are FINAL SALE.

*ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE 

*Items must be mailed back with packing slip so we know who to credit. 

*Cimi is not responsible for return postage (You can print labels from home by visiting USPS.COM, or visit your local post office to ship your return).

*The original shipping cost will be deducted from your return (If your order qualified for free shipping) 

*If items are returned after the 10 day mark, we will take an additional 20%-50% off depending on how late. 

*Please give us up to 4 business days to process your return.

RETURNS WITH SEZZLE: Please send eligible returns back to the address below. When received we will process the return for a store credit. *Sezzle will continue to deduct the scheduled payments from your account.*
